One time customization Set-up fee: $4500 (currently being waived)
Bill Presentment & Pay By Phone: $545 per month
Includes: view and pay bills online.
We offer many options to your customers to
make a payment, they can write check, use electronic funds
transfer, or pay with a credit card.
There are no additional transaction fees
if your customer is paying by check. If they pay by EFT or
credit card, we charge $0.40 per payment. Credit cards also incur a separate fee
charged to you by your credit card processor. Check out our
credit card processor because we can get you volume discount
rates which are likely to be lower than what you may have
now.
We also have options to process meter reads
via the internet and via phone, your customers simply plug
in the read, and our programs calculate the balance, and
offers a payment option. We charge a processing fee of $0.35
per read.
