| ANSWER: Yes, Members will still receive their monthly bills in the mail. |

| ANSWER: Not at this time. Bills will be automatically posted online after the processing for mail delivery is completed. |
| What kinds of online options are offered with this service? |
| ANSWER: With this service you can 1) view your bill, 2) pay your bill with a check, 3) pay your bill with a credit card, and 4) view a 13-month usage history. |
| How do I know if information is secure? |
| ANSWER: Look for the padlock in the bottom righthand corner of the screen. This will indicate that all transactions are secured with SSL encryption. |
| How do I change my bank information? |
| ANSWER: This is one of the options on the main screen. |
| Is this service activated immediately after signing up? |
| ANSWER: Yes it is. All you need to begin is your Cuivre River Electric Cooperative member number as printed on your electric bill. Be ready to select a 4-digit PIN number, which will be any combination of letters and numbers you choose. So don’t forget your PIN number. You’ll need to enter it every time you use this service. |
