| ANSWER: Yes it is. All you need to begin is your Eastern Municipal Water District Account Number and Meter Number as printed on your water and sewer bill. Be ready to select a 4-digit PIN number, which will be any combination of letters and numbers you choose. So don’t forget your PIN number. You’ll need to enter it every time you use this service. |
